A Bit About Me
There are lots of really good reasons that people become psychologists. When people ask me, my response is: I really like hearing people's stories. Of course I want to help as well, but everyone's story is interesting in some way and how lucky am I that I get to hear them as a job.

When people have difficult, or sadly, traumatic periods in their stories they might not know how to continue with it in a positive or adaptive way. Having worked with many different stories, and living a few traumatic stories myself, my goal is to help anyone work through what comes next. I want to bring the light where it's needed, even if that means going somewhere dark for a moment.
I talk about some heavy stuff, so I'm not a particularly formal person and my goal is to make a relaxed and safe environment for people to be able to share openly. I am unbelievably passionate about helping people with their trauma, or to find their identity, or have really good sex and relationships, or problem solve the issues of every day life.

Who ever you are, what ever you bring with you, you are safe to share your story with me.
